By using rfjmedia.com or engaging RFJ Media for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
RFJ Media provides website design, marketing, and related services to contractors and small businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual agreements or proposals between RFJ Media and the client.
3. SMS Communications
When you provide a phone number and check an SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from RFJ Media at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Payments
Website packages are one-time fees ranging from $500 to $4,000, as quoted at the time of engagement. Optional marketing services are billed separately per the client agreement. Payment terms are outlined in the individual proposal.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables produced specifically for them. RFJ Media retains rights to underlying frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing tools. Website content and branding on rfjmedia.com is owned by RFJ Media.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we work hard to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or search rankings. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFJ Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Total liability is limited to fees paid by the client for the specific service at issue.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the operation of our site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
